How can we do this?
By manufacturing Tru Earth Eco-Strips in Canada, where they are subject to stringent health regulations.
What is your best-seller?
Fresh Linen AND Fragrance-free. The baby Eco-Strips are also very popular if your target market consists of a lot of new families and parents.
What is the differencet between Baby and Fragrance-Free?
Both products are similar in formula. The main difference is that we repackaged the Fragrance-free laundry strips and marketed it towards new parents in response to the high demand for baby detergent.
Are Eco-Strips safe for babies?
Yes, all of our SKUs are baby safe. It’s hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin.
How do I use Tru Earth Eco-Strips?
Our laundry strips are very easy to use – watch this short demonstration video and see for yourself.
Where do I place the Eco-Strip in my front-load High Efficiency (HE) washing machine?
Top-load washer: place the strip directly in the washer
Front-load washer: place the strip in the detergent dispenser (tear strip into smaller pieces if necessary)
Follow your washing machine manufacturer's instructions and use Eco-Strips as you would any liquid or powder detergent.
Why don’t Eco-Strips produce many suds?
Tru Earth Eco-Strips use a unique, patent-pending low-sudsing formula that is HE-compatible and effective for all other types of washing machines.
How many Eco-Strips should I use?
1 Strip = 1 Load
In most situations, one Eco-Strip is recommended for one load of laundry. As with any detergent, you can increase the amount of detergent used if your water is hard or if the load is extra soiled or large. Add a second or third Strip depending on your situation.
Are Eco-Strips good to use on natural wool?
Eco-Strips can be safely used for hand-washing some wool fabrics when following each clothing manufacturer's washing and detergent recommendations.
Can Eco-Strips be used for hand-washing?
Yes, as long as it is fully dissolved in the water before adding clothes.
Are Eco-Strips good to use on natural silk?
We do not recommend washing silk fabrics with Eco-Strips. We recommend that consumers follow the specific washing and detergent recommendations of each clothing manufacturer. Most silk fabric manufacturers recommend dry-cleaning or hand-washing silk with particular cleaners.
Are Eco-Strips good to use on cloth diapers?
Eco-Strips are safe for cotton cloth diapers, but we always recommend that consumers follow each clothing manufacturer's specific washing and detergent instructions.
Are Eco-Strips good to use on technical sports clothes that contain special synthetic moisture-wicking fabric?
Eco-Strips are safe for most synthetic fabrics because it does not contain cationic surfactants or solvents, but we always recommend that consumers follow each clothing manufacturer's specific washing and detergent recommendations.
What is the shelf life of Eco-Strips?
We recommend Eco-Strips be used within three years of purchase.
Are Eco-Strips septic safe?
Yes, Eco-Strips are safe to use even if you are on a septic system.
Are Eco-Strips palm oil free & gluten-free?
Yes, all of our Eco-Strips are free of gluten and palm oil
What is the composition of Fresh Linen?
The composition of the Fresh Linen Eco-strips consists of 98.82% essential oils and only 1.18% synthetic. Tru Earth has plans to go 100% natural in the near future.
How do Eco-Strips compare to other detergents/eco-detergents?
It's just as effective and even better than most other eco-friendly detergents currently on the market. There's no magic behind our Eco-Strip. With our patent technology; all we're doing is converting the liquid into a condensed physical form. Same product, but smaller.
I have seen other strips/sheets on the market; why should I use Tru Earth?
We recommend checking the origin of other strips/sheets on the market. We have found that others, mainly from China, are knock-offs. In addition, we do have a patented process and defend any infringements.
As Massage Therapists, we are to wash our linens to particular standards due to COVID-19. Are Tru Earth laundry strips as effective as 'regular' laundry soaps at neutralizing harmful bacteria during laundering?
Yes, our detergent is as effective as regular detergents because the laundry Eco-Strips contain surfactants of the same class as other laundry detergents containing surfactants.
Do you have other scents coming out?
Yes, Tru Earth has plans to release new scents soon. Stay tuned!

How long does a Tru Earth Wool Dryer Ball last before it needs to be replaced?
Our dryer balls last over 1,000 loads before needing to be replaced.
Are the Wool Dryer Balls good for babies and sensitive skin?
Yes! Our dryer balls are made from 100% premium organic New Zealand sheep wool – no chemicals or synthetics used.
What are the Beeswax Food Wraps made out of?
Our Beeswax Wraps are made with cotton fabric, beeswax, tree resin and jojoba oil. They are non-toxic and biodegradable.
Are the Reusable Cotton Mesh Produce bags machine washable?
Yes, they are machine washable. To dry, simply flatten and allow to air dry.
How long do the Bamboo Rounds Reusable Makeup Remover Pads last for?
With the right care, you can get over 1,000 uses of each bamboo round.
Is the Bamboo Cutlery Set dishwasher safe?
Yes, the Bamboo Cutlery Set can either be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.

Terms & Conditions
ORDERS
Minimum Order: $330 USD Equivalent
All orders under $5,000 in size must be submitted through Tru Earth’s wholesale portal directly or through an authorized Tru Earth account manager. Our wholesale portal calculates all standardized wholesale price tiers automatically. Orders over this size will be handled through standard Purchase Order processes. Back orders will be shipped without notice if within 60 days of the order date. All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing.
Pricing
All prices on the wholesale portal or on price proposals are listed in the currency of the shipping address. All prices are subject to change without notice. Price tiers are based on order size or pre-determined annual volume commitments.
E-Commerce Pricing Policy
Tru Earth's intention is to support full-priced business models. Customers may not use the Tru Earth name or products we sell to advertise or otherwise promote Tru Earth products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP (minimum advertised price). Please refer to our line sheet for the MAP.
All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price described above need to be approved by Tru Earth explicitly. If a customer operates outside this e-commerce pricing policy, Tru Earth will request that the customer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, Tru Earth will cease to accept and/or ship orders from said customer.
E-Commerce Inventory Position
Tru Earth is interested in establishing business relationships with retailers who stock products. Therefore, we require that customers only feature products on their websites that they have in stock, ready to ship to their customers. Once the product is out of stock it should be marked as sold out and/or removed from the site.
E-Commerce Listings
Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our wholesale portal or on www.Tru.Earth. The supplier name must be listed as Tru Earth.
Images
All Tru Earth images, logos and photography are the exclusive property of Tru Earth. Image usage and reproduction requires written permission and is conditional on the approval of medium and specific use. Images from Tru Earth are available on the wholesale portal or upon request by contacting your account manager or info@Tru.Earth.
Third Party Marketplace Policy
All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. Tru Earth no longer partners with companies who sell on Amazon or any other third party websites such as Overstock.com, Ebay, Walmart.com, etc.
Shipping
We ship by Canada Post/USPS for domestic Canadian and USA orders. For international orders we use International Xpress Post. We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method (Freight/DHL/FedEx) that you would prefer to use. We will not ship via any method that does not provide detailed tracking. We are not responsible for any delays of shipping carriers.
Additional Handling & Packaging Fees
Special handling, labeling, or packaging requests are subject to an extra charge.

Drop Shipping and C.O.D.
Tru Earth does not drop ship or ship c.o.d.
Samples
Samples may be purchased at wholesale prices with a maximum of 1 x sample per SKU. The minimum case pack quantities do not apply. The samples are not for resale. Samples can be included in an existing order or mailed separately. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Lead Times
While we are happy to work with you to get your shipment out by a certain date, our lead times are not guaranteed. Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 days. Out of stock or backordered items usually ship in 4-8 weeks. If timing is critical, please submit your order at least two months before your need-by date. Lead times after trade shows are 4-8 weeks.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to; a poor fit with Tru Earth’s brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer, or proximity to another wholesale account.
Payment
For orders over $2,000 we also accept pre-payment by electronic fund transfer (ACH or Wire Transfers). Tru Earth will not pay wire transfer fees charged by your bank.
Terms
Credit terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory financial references. Credit terms may be revoked at any time for any reason. Customers granted credit terms may pay their account by electronic fund transfer.
Late Payments
Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Tru Earth reserves the right to submit all unpaid invoices to a collection agency. The buyer is responsible for any collection costs or legal fees.
Claims
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages before signing acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of cartons must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. No returns or refunds will be given after 30 days from the invoice date. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any items returned and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If returning merchandise due to defect or damage, Tru Earth will send you a call tag.

What kind of packaging do the Eco-Strips come in?
Our zero waste Eco-Strips are packaged in a plastic-free compostable cardboard sleeve. It also doubles as a shipping envelope to further cut back on waste.
